My father is a crusty 92 year old man and going strong. My husband and I are going to retire soon and want to move out of the area. Friends and family don’t like this plan. We spend a lot of time helping my Dad and are able to handle his outbursts. I think people know that if we leave the community, there will be a greater demand on them. What should I do TT? I’d do what you want to do and tell the family that Pops is going to be your problem. If they don’t like it, TS. You might also want to tell your Dad that it would be a good idea to learn to keep his big fat mouth shut.
