I just started dating a wonderful man and I am hoping he’s the one. Even though he’s a bit clingy, he really is someone very special to me. Once a year, my friends from school take a long weekend and just hang-out enjoying our company and reminiscing about old times. I’ve made it clear that’s it’s just for me and my friends, but he insists on joining us. I don’t want to hurt his feelings, but he’s just not taking the hint. TT, what should I do? You tell him in no uncertain terms that he’s not welcome and it’s really creepy for a guy to want to hang out with a group of girls. What you call “clingy” I call being a wackadoodle where he wants to pig into to your friends’ annual shindig. Tell him to take a hike and get lost. And if he doesn’t like it, TS!
