I am a young, beautiful and vivacious young woman. I just started a job I really love and is good for my future and career. However, there is a man who constantly gawks at me and seems to always figure out a way to talk to me about a work related reason. Although he works close to my work station, he is in an entirely different unit with no need to interact with him. The other day he touched me inappropriately. TT, what advice do you have for me? Although this is a new job and you may not want to do so, you must grab the bull by the horns and the next time he pulls anything, you throw a mug of coffee or some other liquid in his face and shout, “Stay away from me you pervert!” Make sure that you do this with as many people around as possible. This will ensure that he never approaches you again.
